After learning skiing and hose back riding, I tasted the joy of flying. But not
until attending Aerial Yoga teacher's training, did I truly feel the freedom
and unlimited possibility of my body in the 3D sky! Aerial Yoga not only can
help friends who don't practice yoga enjoy the benefit of inversion, but also
assist yogis to enhance core, muscular strength and deeply stretching! It's
really a lot of fun!
